To respect the time reserved for each guest and maintain availability for all clients: * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee. * Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Confirmed no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A confirmed appointment includes any appointment that has been acknowledged via text, email, phone call, or appointment reminder. We understand emergencies happen.
